Hunter's passion for customer success and positive outcomes for clients was developed over more than 20 years working in customer facing delivery and leadership roles. From early stage start-ups to global consulting firms, Hunter has built a solid reputation for excellence in customer delivery with a focus on improving outcomes for customers and expanding revenue for providers.
The concept for DV8 was born by Hunter's desire to bring his learning and development background and passion for continuous learning to the Customer Success challenge. His model for combining customer learning with defined success factors and recognition has proven successful in multiple SaaS organizations driving Gross Recurring Revenue and Net Recurring Revenue to new heights.
Hunter is a serial dog adopter and serves as the Public Information Officer for his local fire department. He completed a B.S. in Business Administration at Western Governors University (he Night Owls!), a Master of Business Administration at the University of Utah (Go Utes!), and is a doctoral student at the University of Southen California (Fight On!) studying Organizational Change and Leadership.
